1. What are your delivery lead times?

Samples: Typically 3-7 working days. Bulk orders: Depends on order quantity, usually around 25 days after payment confirmation.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We support: T/T (Bank Transfer) L/C at Sight (Letter of Credit) Cash

3. What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?

$3,000 per order (can be combined for different products). Each item must be ordered in at least 1 carton.

4. Are samples free?

Small samples are free, but shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Preferred method: Freight collect via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or TNT (customer provides account).

5. Do you offer custom manufacturing (OEM/ODM)?

Yes! We provide:

✔ Custom branding (printing, engraving, or embossing your logo).

✔ Custom product designs (ODM supported).

✔ Packaging customization (color boxes, etc.).

✔ Design-to-production service (we assist in bringing your ideas to life).

6. How do you ensure product quality and after-sales support?

7. What are your shipping terms?

  • Main options: Air, sea, or express courier.
  • Shipping responsibility:
    • CIF, CFR (C&F), DDP: We handle shipping.
    • FOB, EXW, FCA: Customer arranges freight.
